Focus on eating well and eliminating irritants and allergens

As you eat your breakfast and other meals throughout the day, focus on eating well and eliminating irritants and allergens.

Do your own small research project for one week at a time where you eliminate a food that you suspect could be irritating you.

Whether it is almonds, eggs or tomatoes, try to notice if your voice changes. Sing a siren several times throughout the day and notice where your top pitch is.

For example, I notice that when I eat almonds, an hour later, I’ve lost a 5th off the top of my siren. I’ve never been officially tested but now I know I may have some minor food allergy which may be causing some swelling.
