Vocal Coach comments from Janine Le Clair

Wow Chelsea! For someone new to singing, you certainly have an incredible belting range and a wall of sound! Consider that a great blessing of natural talent! To offer insight for you, at this stage, your two biggest culprits are a lack of control in your big sound, spilling over into a lack of control of your lower notes as well, and therefore going off pitch at times. Work with a coach to refine that great resonance and pitch control. And on another note, great job on the rap! -Janine LeClair, for VoiceCouncil Magazine

Chelsea Skrivan's bio

I am a 23 year old vocalist who just took up singing around 3 years ago. Overall, I am an all purpose singer. I choose to sing anything from Pop, Country, Hip Hop, Blues & Jazz. I don’t want to be considered an “one genre” singer. I have competed and auditioned for many competitions and shows but have yet to make the cut. Reviews and advice would be greatly appreciated as I plan to move forward in my singing career. Thank you again!
