Vocal Coach comments from Janine Le Clair

You have a lot of feeling in your voice, it draws in the listener!
I think tongue twisters and articulation exercises would really help you, because I had a hard time understanding all of your lyrics. Working on animating your lips, tongue and mouth will not only enhance diction but also your dynamics; helping to take us further on that journey with your original song! I love your timbre when you’re in this range of your voice (3:09)
Gorgeous tone!

Jessica Jurgenliemk's bio

Even at a young age, I felt a musical connection. After banging about on my grandmother’s piano for a few years, I began classical lessons at age 6 and later learned to play guitar. Now at 17 years old, I’ve been on many local stages, as well competing in a national singing competition. In 2012, I completed my first 3 song demo CD of original music, then produced a full length album entitled ‘Circumstance’ in 2014. I consider song-writing a form of personal expression, and write introspective ballads.

This singer was an entrant in our competition which ended on June 15th 2016.

The overall winner received:

  • 1000.00 in Prizes (USD or equivalent)
  • Feedback from Celebrity Vocal Coaches
  • Media promotion for You and Your Music
