Laura Etemah

Vocal Coach comments from Kathy Alexander

Hi Laura, Congrats on your acceptance to Leeds! You maintained a steady groove on the guitar while keeping your concentration on the vocal. There is a richnes in your tone plus something quite unique, that I really liked. Your intonation was solid all the way through with just one or two spots where it wavered. There were several times when you looked right at the camera during the song. Those were my favorite moments because I could feel your emotion and was drawn in to your personality. I am sure you will enjoy new skills, new sounds and new ideas during your studies at Leeds. Your training will be a great asset to you, but try to preserve your unique identity at the same time. You have something special already in your voice and a solid foundation of musicianship. Great job!
