Topic: Going to purchase need advice

Hi. A couple of questions here
1. Is there a big defferince between the touch and the voice live 2 given that I'm going to be using it mostly in the studio.
2. I use Windows 7 . Windows 7 can only see one ASIO driver at once. I use a lot of Plugs with a very fast RME sound card. If I use asioforall my plugs dont like this. Is there a way to run the Units like this. Print a dry vocal go out from a phsical out in my DAW to the mic in or what ever phsical in the of  voice live/ touch and. back in to my DAW and get a good clean result ? The USB audio option is great but A. Windows only can see one ASIO client/driver/sound card at a time and a big 2. Not all ASIO drivers are created equally ASIO4all is not nearly as stable and fast as RME ASIO drivers. I'm frankly surprised that TC doesn't address this.
3. Given that I'm using it mostly for studio which unit is best for me? I like that touch is cheeper then the floor unit why is it cheeper? Which one is best for me?

Re: Going to purchase need advice

Have you looked at the voicelive rack, as this is designed for studio work, it has line in and stereo out, so you would send dry signal to line in, and the out of the rack to your l+r in of your interface.
