Keeping yourself in peak physical condition is a very important part of the mix when you’re a vocalist. Whether you regularly run, play a specific sport or perhaps have a different exercise routine, we’d love to know what you do to keep in shape…

    Run. It builds up the wind and keeps me in good shape so I look good on stage as well as sound good.

  • Running, strength training… I’ve been very into Crossfit over the past few years. Can easily scale up or down depending on age, gender, current fitness level, or desired results.
