This week we’re looking at the difficult issue of over-practice

Many of us singers have a natural instinct to hone and perfect our craft, often dedicating hours in the pursuit of excellence. However, can too much practice actually be detrimental to our overall development? Can excessive practice lead to unnecessary stresses and strains? This week we’d like to hear your thoughts on this.
