This week we’re looking at performance anxiety.
Having the confidence to take those first tentative steps on stage constitutes the first big hurdle of the vocalist journey. There is no doubt about it: the stage is often a daunting and intimidating place but with the right efforts it can also become a place where we feel at home. This week we’d like to hear about the methods you use to combat performance anxiety and what advice you’d give to others to tackle it.
So the question is: What advice would you give to someone suffering from stage fright?
