Recently on ‘’, Vocal Coach and Rehabilitation Specialist, Dane Chalfin has been talking us through his great Gig Day Warmup, However, as every voice, and indeed every person is unique, it’s important that we experiment to find the routine that works for us. This week we’d like to hear about your ‘gig day’ warmup and how it helps you to prepare for a performance.

So the question is: How do you prepare yourself (both physically and mentally) for a gig?
